the throwing motion

Phases of Throwing - the 5 phases of throwing are diagrammed

Videos/Animations - view video and animation demonstrations of throwing shoulders. These will show what happens to the shoulder during the throwing motion when the posterior-inferior glenohumeral ligament is normal, and when it is too tight. They show how the labrum is damaged when the PIGHL is too tight. You will see how important it is to stretch that PIGHL!
